If you are travelling to Helsinki from outside the region, you can apply for our Hosted Buyer Programme.
The programme is designed to make it easier for selected buyers to take part, while ensuring a strong business focus for all participants.

Registered buyers at Travel News Market 2026 will have the chance to win attractive prizes. The prize draw is open to registered buyers and is based on the following conditions:
Buyers must be registered no later than 18 April 2026.
Participants must book and complete a minimum of seven (7) meetings.
Buyers who registered before the campaign launch are also included in the draw.
If two buyers attend and book meetings together, both are eligible to participate in the draw, provided the conditions above are met.
The prize draw will take place during the event (see programme), and winners must be present in order to claim their prize.
Different prizes may be subject to specific criteria, including certain blackout dates. Practical arrangements will be agreed directly between the prize provider and the winner.

In the networking profile, you describe your goals at the event and enter other networking relevant information in order to find the perfect networking match amongst participants.
